En un pueblo de la periferia de San Salvador, vive Chava (Carlos Padilla), un niño de 11 años, que se encuentra atrapado entre el ejército y la guerrilla salvadoreña. Cuando su padre abandona a la familia, en plena guerra civil, Chava pasa a ser “el hombre de la casa”. En esta época, el gobierno de El Salvador reclutaba niños de doce años. Así que a Chava sólo le queda un año de escuela antes de ser movilizado.

A young boy, in an effort to have a normal childhood in 1980’s El Salvador, is caught up in a dramatic fight for his life as he desperately tries to avoid the war which is raging all around him.
José Gregorio Hernández, musico percusionista venezolano que ha conquistado grandes espectáculos junto a importantes artistas como Celia Cruz, Luis Enrique, Shakira y Franco de Vita. Estará con nosotros en un Facebook Live el próximo jueves 20 de agosto para contarnos como con todos sus instrumentos logra llevar la música al punto final para darle el un perfecto perfil latino.
Los invitamos a ser parte de nuestro segundo capítulo de Spotlight Spain. En esta ocasión compartiremos con ustedes sobre dos expresiones emblemáticas españolas; el arte Flamenco y el arte ecuestre.
Para ello tendremos como invitados a Pilar Andújar reconocida artista Flamenco, Bailaora, cantaora y performer, representante del arte Flamenco contemporáneo.
También nos acompañará Antonio Renilla con una hermosa exhibición del caballo de pura raza español.

We invite you to be part of our second chapter of Spotlight Spain. On this occasion we will share two Spanish emblematic art forms; Flamenco art and equestrian riding.
We will have Pilar Andújar as one of our guests, a renowned Flamenco artist, dancer, singer and performer. She is also an important representative of contemporary Flamenco art.
Antonio Renilla will also accompany us with a beautiful exhibition of a purebred Spanish horse.
