SOMOS Awards Gala & Scholarship Celebration

Join the Institute of Hispanic Culture of Houston for the SOMOS Awards Gala & Scholarship Celebration on Saturday, May 1, 2027, at 6:00 p.m. at Thompson Houston.

Inspired by Many Cultures, One Community, SOMOS celebrates the people, traditions, and stories that make Houston’s Hispanic community so vibrant. For more than six decades, IHCH has celebrated Hispanic culture while creating opportunities through education, scholarships, and cultural programs.

Somos Educación. Somos Comunidad. Somos Legado.

Together, we will celebrate our community, recognize those making an impact, and invest in the next generation. Proceeds support IHCH’s scholarships, cultural programs, and continued work throughout Houston.
