IHCH Culinary Pop Up: The 915 HTX by Vanessa Lomeli

Culinary Pop Up is an IHCH initiative to promote gastronomy and support small restaurants.

Meet our special guest of the first Culinary Pop Up:

Vanessa Lomeli’s grandmother led her to cook and love food and sauces at a young age. As Lomeli grew up learning about El Paso, New Mexico and Sonoran food from her grandmother, she developed a love for New Mexico chili peppers: green and red, homemade sauces and sauces, enchiladas and flautas.

Lomeli moved to Houston when she was a young adult and attended CULINARY INSTITUTE LENOTRE and incorporated the techniques she learned her way.

Vanessa Lomeli, is rebuilding her dream in a new business initiative: the 915 HTX. So let’s help this talented and strong woman achieve her dream!

Throughout the year, in a specifically conditioned environment, that incorporates large outdoor spaces, the IHCH cultivates its Culinary Pop Up Series.
With much Hispanic flavor and highlighting fusion, these Pop Ups are an opportunity to enjoy the diverse cultural influences present on the plates of Houstonians.
The Culinary Pop Up series has the endorsement of outstanding chefs and personalities of the local gastronomy.
It is the perfect opportunity to share and enjoy the companionship in a pleasant and healthy atmosphere.
