The Institute of Hispanic Culture of Houston (IHCH) proudly awarded 10 scholarships this year to deserving students from the community.
With a total of 87 applications received, IHCH is committed to granting even more scholarships in the future. On September 18th, the scholarship recipients were honored with a Certificate of Achievement at a ceremony held at the IHCH building.
Present at the event were IHCH President Jhakees Napolitano, Treasurer Alejandra Alcalá, Secretary María Alejandra Azar, Board Member and Gala Chair Janell Zeus, and Board Member Angie Amaya. Their dedication reflects the Board of Directors’ ongoing effort to surpass last year’s goals and provide even more opportunities for deserving students.
