This year the production of the Day of the Hispanic World is dedicated to the Republic of Argentina- its folklore in music and dance. A dance group from Dallas, Alma Salvaje Folklore Argentino will present dances from each region of Argentina. Sur, a musical group directed by Alfredo Espinosa, will play the magical music of Spanish America, with dances interpreted by Houston’s Ambassadors International Ballet Folklorico and an elegant tango danced by Susana Collins and Gonzalo André, of Luna Tango Productions.
All the cultural productions that are presented at Miller Outdoor Theatre are FREE to the public. The tickets for the seats in the roofed area of the theater are available by either calling the Institute of Hispanic Culture of Houston at 713-528-1492 or on October 12, 2018 going to the Box Office at Miller Outdoor Theatre at 10 am. Many families prefer to bring a blanket or lawn chairs and sit on the hill and enjoy a picnic with their children. You may bring wine, or liquor beverages but no glass containers allowed.

Este año se dedica el programa del Dia de la Hispanidad a la Republica de Argentina- su folklore en música y bailes. Desde Dallas viene el grupo de danza Alma Salvaje Folklore Argentino para presentar las danzas de cada region de Argentina. SUR, un grupo musical dirigido por Alfredo Espinosa , tocará lo mágico de la música Hispanoamericana, con danzas interpretados por Embajadores Internacional Ballet Folklorico de Houston y un elegante tango bailado por Luna Tango Productions– Susana Collins y Gonzalo André.
Todas las producciones culturales que se presentan en el Teatro Miller son GRATIS al público. Los boletos para los asientos bajo techo están disponibles al llamar al Instituto de Cultura Hispana al 713-528 1492 o el 12 de octubre a las 10:00 am en el Teatro Miller.
Muchas familias prefieren llevar un sarape (un cobija) o sillas de jardín para sentarse en la colina y desfrutar su “picnic” , con vino ( no botella de vidrio ) y el espectáculo con su familia.
